Recently posted to NEOGARD’s web site is a LEED Product Information letter on our new 8500 BioDegradable Cleaner. If your project falls within a 500 mile radius of Dallas, Texas, the product is considered to be locally produced material and can help contribute to earning MR Credit 5.1.

This new product was just used in my region on an old PVC roof at a mock-up/training seminar in Iowa. The NEOGARD 8500 BIODEGRADABLE cleaner was superior at best, and impressed the large consulting firm that we were promoting it too. They liked the fact that it is a true "GREEN" product, and that it could attribute additional LEED credit points to projects. They were very impressed with the results of the sheet after cleaning, which was now prepared for our Direct Bond "Elastagard SP" fluid-applied membrane system. It is also a certified product through the USGBC, and carries the environmentally friendly product concept.
